Vision improvement is usually noticed within 24 hours to 48 hours but in a small percentage of patients may take two weeks or longer.

Enhancements and/or Reoperations
Because each eye responds a little differently to the LASIK procedure,
enhancements are an integral part of the post-op care and are not an
indicator of any "problem" with the surgery. LASIK enhancements are
even easier than the LASIK procedure itself. However in most cases,
enhancements are not advised until the eye is stable. This frequently takes
up to 3 months.
